摘要
阐述了用八层焙烧炉进行钠化焙烧钒渣提钒焙烧工艺,先后在实验室、小规模试生产以及正式工业生产中,对焙烧工艺温度进行探索与确定。最终得出用八层焙烧炉钠化焙烧钒渣的最佳温度是740-760℃。
The paper expounds detailedly the temperature control in the technology of roasting vanadium slag with sodium carbonate in eight-layered roast furnace in order to getting vanadates from the waste slag from experiments to industry produce in small scale until formal industry produce in large scale. Finally, the conclusion was made that the best temperature condition in the technology is 740~760℃.
