试析高校教师的组织公民行为 被引量:14

摘要 本文从组织行为学的角度分析高校教师这一职业的组织公民行为,提出教师的客户导向组织公民行为是影响高校教育效能的至关重要的变量。在回顾了组织公民行为的动因的基础上,对高校管理者如何促进教师的组织公民行为提出若干建议。
