摘要
研究目的:探索建立城市土地储备数量和周期的预测模型。研究方法:实证分析法、图解法。研究结果:从供给角度探讨了城市土地储备的最优规模,从需求角度分析了城市土地储备的数量和周期。研究结论:建立的两个模型能为中国建立规范的城市土地储备制度提供一种可行的方法。
The purpose of the paper is to develop two models that can forecast the amount and period of urban land reserve. Methods of demonstration and diagrammatization were employed. The optimal scale of urban land reserve was discussed from the aspect of supply, and the amount and period of urban land reserve was analyzed form the side of demand. Two models in the paper could provide a feasible method for regulating the urban land reserve of China.
