摘要
第四代移动通讯系统的特点是:多种接入网络和基于IP的传输技术。不同的接入技术使用户在选择服务时有了极大的灵活性,而服务也具有不同的QoS支持、商务类型和服务提供商。在考虑QoS和AAAC的同时,实现向最优网络进行无缝切换不仅要求无缝换手协议,而且要求智能换手决定策略。本文介绍了全IP结构的第四代移动通讯系统的特点和关键技术以及未来的问题和研究方向。
The fourth generation of the mobile communication systems are characterized by the heterogeneous access networks and IP -based transport technologies. Different access technologies give users great flexibility in choosing services, which can be different in QoS support, business models, and service providers. Realization of seamless handovers to the best network section while considering QoS and AAAC (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting and Charging) calls not only for seamless handover protocols, but also intelligent handover decision strategies. This paper introduces the features, key technologies and development trends of the all - IP 4G wireless networks.
