摘要
介绍了光纤与常规膜盒组合的压力敏感探头的原理以及激光二极管(LD)光源的稳副方法,讨论了采用参考光通道、比例测量等技术措施对系统性能指标的改善.
The principle of optical fiber pressure sensing probe with common diaphragm and the method for stabilizing the range of LD were described. The improvement in characteristics of the system by means of techniques of reference light passage and ratio measurement was discussed.
