摘要
机床的整机动态特性在很大程度上取决于机床导轨的结合面特性,目前对于机床导轨特性参数的获得常常采用动态测试的方法。本文针对高速、高精度机床中采用的滚珠导轨结合面参数的测试提出单自由度分量分析法对机床滚珠导轨进行模态测试分析。测试中分别对垂向和侧向激励,测试传递函数,从而识别出导轨结合面的特性参数。
The complete dynamic characteristics of the machine are mainly determinated by the contact characteristics of guide. Currently ,the dynamic test method is often adopted to acquire the contact character parameters of guide. For test of the contact character parameters of rolling guide in the high speed and high accuracy machine, the single-DOF component analysis aproach is put forward in this paper. The excitation is applied to both vertical and horizontal directions of guide to get the transfer functions. By this way, the contact character parameters of the rolling guide are identified.
