摘要
以青藏高原风火山隧道常年冻土(岩)爆破技术为研究对象,运用理论分析、试验研究、数值模拟和现场测试等方法,对冻土爆破技术进行了系统研究.通过对隧道数值模拟发现隧道轮廓顶部震动速度最大,温度变化比较明显.分析了影响冻土热平衡的外部热源因素,并完成了NaCl水溶液降低爆生气体温度试验,在周边炮眼采用盐水炮泥解决了爆生产物热源问题;针对隧道围岩性质,提出了不同围岩条件下开挖方案,最后对隧道爆破振动进行了监测.
The blasting technology for perennial frozen soil of the Fenghuoshan tunnel in Qingzang Plateau wias researched. The research methods include theory analysis, experimentation, numerical simulation and field test. The results of numerical simulation indicate that the vibration velocity is the highest and the temperature variation is rather clear on the tunnel top. The exterior thermal resources that influence the heat balance of frozen soil was analyzed and then the test about NaCl saline water decreasing the high temperature due to explosion was performed. The problem from heat sources of the explosion product was settled by filling NaCl saline water stemming into bores. Aiming at the tunnel wall rock character, corresponding digging project was put forward. At last, the blast vibration of the tunnel was monitored.
