摘要
通过实验研究,确定了电磁超声传感器最佳励磁电流,利用ANSYS有限元软件,对用于钢管缺陷检测的电磁超声传感器的磁感应强度进行了计算,得到磁感应强度的分布规律.确定了钢管表面最佳磁感应强度数值范围为0.20~0.29T.
The best impelled current of the electromagnetic iron was determined by experiments, and magnetic induction intensity in electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) testing steel pipe's defaults was calculated by ANSYS finite element software. Disciplinarian of magnetic induction intensity in steel pipe was obtained, and the determined value range of magnetic induction intensity in steel pipe' s skin - deep is 0. 20~0. 29T.
