血浆中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶与冠状动脉病变形态学特征的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血浆中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(neutroph il elastase,NE)与冠状动脉病变形态学的关系。方法:根据冠状动脉造影结果对88例观察对象进行分组:①按照冠状动脉病变形态特征分为:简单病变组,复杂病变组。②按照冠状动脉病变范围分为:单支病变组,多支病变组。③按照冠状动脉病变程度(Gensin i积分法)分为:轻度病变(A组),重度病变(B组)。用ELASA法检测血浆NE含量,比较不同组间NE含量变化。结果:血浆NE含量复杂病变组高于简单病变组及正常对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。多支病变组高于单支病变组,B组高于A组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:血浆NE含量与冠状动脉病变稳定性、病变范围及程度相关。 AIM: To investigate the correlation between the plasma neutrophil elastase (NE) levels and angiographic morphology of coronary artery lesions. METHODS: 88 subjects were divided into different groups based on coronary angiography. ① According to the shape of coronary artery lesions they were divided into simple lesions group and complex lesions group. ②According to the area of coronary artery lesions they were divided into single-branch lesions group and multi-branches lesions group. ③According to the severity of coronary artery lesions ( Gensini scoring system ) they were divided into slight lesions group (A group) and serious lesions group (B group). Plasma NE levels were determined by ELASA, and then they were compared between the groups. RESULTS : Plasma NE levels was significantly higher in patients with complex lesions group than those in patients with simple lesions group and normal healthy control group (P 〈0.01) ,and was higher in multi-branches lesions group than in single-branch lesions group (P 〈0.01), and was higher in serious lesions group than in slight lesions group (P 〈0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Plasma NE levels are related with the stability, severity and area of coronary lesions.
