摘要
目的:评价Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)对冠状动脉介入术后的心功能恢复的影响。方法:伴有DM和无DM的冠心病患者共53例,均行冠状动脉造影诊断。无DM者为A组(30例),有DM者为B组(23例),并且两组分别行冠状动脉介入术。术前、术后3月通过二维超声心动图(2DE)观察两组的心功能变化。结果:术前两组左室射血分数(LVEF)无显著差异[(50±7)%vs(49±6)%,P>0.05)]。术后A组为(60±5)%,B组为(55±4)%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:无DM患者冠状动脉介入术后的心功能较DM患者改善更加显著。
AIM： To investigate the effects of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus （ DM ） on left ventricular function post coronary intervention. METHODS：CAG were performed in 53 patients including DM and non-DM. The patients were divided into group A（30 patients without DM） and group B（23 patients with DM）. Coronary interventions were undergone to them. LVEF was measured by two-dimensional echocardiography （2DE） pre-intervention and 3 months after the coronary intervention respectively. RESULTS： LVEF in group A was （ 60±5 ） % while LVEF in group B was （55 ± 4 ） % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Patients without DM are improved significantly in heart function.
