摘要
将混成自动电压控制(HAVC)理论应用于电力系统可以显著提高电网的电压控制水平,增强电网抗扰动能力,改善电压稳定性,合理分配无功和减少网络损耗。首先简要介绍了HAVC系统的理论及其在东北500kV电网应用的必要性;然后,基于HAVC理论设计东北HAVC硬件体系结构,并根据绥中发电厂的实际情况设计了一套HAVC电厂调控屏。动态模拟仿真试验表明了HAVC硬件体系结构的正确性和HAVC电厂硬件装置的有效性。
The application of hybrid automatic voltage control (HAVC) theory in power system can obviously improve the voltage control level and the voltage stability, enhance its anti-disturbance capability, reasonably distribute the reactive power and reduce the losses of the power grid. The theory of HAVC and the necessity of its application to the 500 kV power grid of Northeast China is introduced. Then the hardware framework of HAVC in power grid of Northeast China is constructed, According to the realities of Suizhong power plant, a set of HAVC terminal unit is developed, Dynamic simulations show the validity of the HAVC hardware framework and its panels.
