化学谱图处理软件包由噪声滤除、峰检测、基线校正、重叠峰分解四个模块组成,输入为离散的谱图采样数字信号,输出为谱峰的位置、大小等数据,并在屏幕上动态显示谱图及处理情况.软件包为各种后继的化学谱图定性、定量工作提供了坚实的基础.软件包系用C语言写成,具有丰富的功能,且接口清晰简单,可供从事化学谱图自动化处理的编程人员调用.

A software package for automatic processing of chemical spectra is described. The software package consists of four modules, inculding noise filtering module, peak detection module, baseline correction module and overlapping peak resolution module. The inputs are discrete sampling data of chemical spectra and the outputs are the positions and sizes of the peaks detected. The spectra and the process of data processing are dynamically displayed on the screen. The software package is written by C language and has abundant functions.
