植骨融合内固定治疗严重腰椎管狭窄症

Evaluation of surgical decompression,bone allograft fusion and internal fixation for the treatment of severe lumbar spinal stenosis

[目的]探讨减压、植骨融合及内固定治疗严重腰椎管狭窄症的疗效.[方法]回顾性分析1998年9月～2001年3月采用减压、植骨融合及内固定治疗的42例严重腰椎管狭窄症的临床资料.本组获得随访38例,分别于术前、术后1 a及术后2 a进行JOA评分.[结果]术后1 a的JOA评分较术前有显著差异,术后2 a JOA评分与术后1 a无显著差异.[结论]减压、植骨融合及内固定是治疗严重腰椎管狭窄症的有效方法.

[ Objective] To discuss the effect of surgical decompression, bone allografi fusion and internal tixation for the treatment of severe lumbar spinal stenosis. [ Method] There were 42 patients who were treated with surgical decompression, bone allograft fusion and internal fixation from 1998 to 2001. Thirty-eight of them were followed up. Clinical status was evaluated by the Japanese Orthopedic Association （JOA） score preoperatively, 1 year after surgery and 2 years after surgery respectively. [ Result] JOA score of 1 year after surgery increased significantly than that of preoperative, but wasn＇t different significantly than that of 2 years after surgery. [ Conclusion ] Surgical decompression, bone allograft fusion and internal fixation is an effect method for the treatment of severe lumbar spinal stenosis.
