摘要 [目的]报告11例骨盆肿瘤患者采用骨盆部分切除术后的5 a随访结果.[方法]1996年8月～1998年2月的全部骨盆肿瘤患者11例经骨盆部分切除术后,长期随访,观察疗效.[结果]11例患者至今无瘤生存,主观满意度高,功能至少能够满足日常生活和轻强度工作.[结论]骨盆部分切除术及简单重建疗效确切,且相对于其它术式而言创伤相对较小,费用相对较低.仍然可以作为骨盆肿瘤治疗的主要外科手段.
