变应性鼻炎患者脱敏治疗前后尘螨特异性IgE和白细胞介素水平的变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨尘螨特异性IgE和白细胞介素4(IL-4)在脱敏治疗中的作用。方法:总结180例变应性鼻炎患者脱敏治疗疗效(症状评分),测定治疗前后患者血清尘螨特异性IgE和IL-4水平。结果:血清IL-4水平在治疗前(545.7±68.5)和治疗后(222.3±72.7)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与症状评分有明显的正相关。血清尘螨特异性IgE水平治疗前(17.2±2.6)kUA/L和治疗后(15.6±3.4)kUA/L差异无统计学意义。结论:在变应性鼻炎的发病中尘螨特异性IgE和IL-4发挥了重要的作用。在脱敏治疗的机制中IL-4作用明显,而特异性IgE似乎没有明显的作用。 Objective:Survey the house dust mite specific IgE and interleukin-4's (IL-4) role in the desensitization therapy. Method: Evaluate the effects of desensitization therapy. Determine the serum level of dl and IL-4 pre and post desensitization therapy, and then test of significance and correlative analysis were made. Result: There's significant difference between the levels of IL-4 pre and post therapy, and it has positive correlation with the symptom score. But there's no significant difference between the levels of dl pre and post therapy. Conclusion:IL- 4 plays a very important role in both of the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and the desensitization therapy. But specific IgE may just has the same effect in the pathogenesis.
