摘要
目的:研究丘脑室旁核(PV)、下丘脑室旁核(PVN)在迷走神经刺激(VNS)抑制癫癎发作的过程中c-fos蛋白表达的变化。方法:利用海人藻酸(KA)诱发大鼠癫癎,结合c-fos免疫组化,分对照组、VNS组、KA组、VNS+KA组观察PV、PVN内c-fos阳性细胞的数目变化。结果:VNS组PV、PVN内c-fos阳性细胞数高于对照组;VNS+KA组PV、PVN内c-fos阳性细胞数低于KA组。结论:PV、PVN可能参与了VNS抑制癫癎过程。
Objective:To investigate the quantitative changes of fos like positive neurons in paraventricular nucleus of thalamus (PV) and paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus (PVN) involved in the inhibition of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) on epilepsy. Methods:Using the kainic acid (KA) kinding epilepsy rats,we observed the quantitative changes of fos like positive neurons in PV and PVN after VNS treatment combined with immunohistochemical method. Results:VNS induced a significant increase in immunoreactivity in PV and PVN compared with the control group;VNS induced a significant decrease in PV and PVN in VNS + KA group compared with KA group. Conclusion:PV and PVN could be involved in anti-epilepsy.
