Phadiatop检测在168例变态反应性鼻炎诊断中应用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究Phadiatop在诊断变态反应性(变应性)鼻炎中的应用价值。方法:以常年性变应性鼻炎的患者168例作为试验组,另取60例健康成人作为对照组1,60例非鼻科疾病非变应性疾病的同期我科患者为对照组2,分别对他们进行血清Phadiatop检测、变应原皮肤针刺试验、变应原鼻激发试验、鼻分泌物涂片检查嗜酸粒细胞。所得结果均进行统计学处理。结果:Phadiatop检测结果在变应性鼻炎组和对照组1、2之间均存在显著性差异(阳性率分别为83.93%和3.33%及5%,P<0.01)。变应性鼻炎组Phadiatop检测阳性率(83.93%)明显高于变应原皮肤针刺试验结果(70.83%)、变应原鼻激发试验(50.60%)、鼻分泌物涂片检查嗜酸性粒细胞(56.55%),P<0.01。结论:Phadiatop检测能初步明确患者是否存在过敏反应,是一种较好的变态反应性疾病过筛试验,阳性率显著高于变应原皮肤针刺试验、变应原鼻激发试验、鼻分泌物涂片检查嗜酸粒细胞。且仅需抽血检查,患者痛苦少,无风险,依从性高,具有良好的临床使用价值。 Objective:An investigation was conducted to know if Phadiatop is useful for diagnosis of allergic rhinitis(AR). Methods:One hundred and sixty-eight patients with AR and 60 healthy people were tested. In both groups, Phadiatop test, skin prick tests, allergen nasal trigger test and nasal excretion smear find eosinocyte were done. Results:Phadiatop was positive in 141 / 168 (83.93%) AR patients and in 2/60 (3.33%) healthy controls, the results had marked difference. In AR patients group, Phadiatop had higher positive rate(83.93%) than skin prick tests, allergen nasal trigger test and nasal excretion smear find eosinocyte(70.83%, 50.60% ,56.55% ,respectively). Conclusion:Phadiatop can diagnose initially if patients have allergic disease, so it is a good screening test for diagnosing AR. Phadiatop has higher positive rate than skin prick tests, allergen nasal trigger test and nasal excretion smear find eosinocyte. Because it only requires hemospasia, has few pain and no risk, it is of great use in diagnosing AR.
