摘要
如果在PbTiO3(PT)粉末中添加适量的Pb(Sn1/3Nb2/3)O3(PSN)粉末,可以制成高温PT-PSN系陶瓷,并可以把此种陶瓷用于制作深油井超声探测换能器。本文主要报导PT-PSN系压电陶瓷的制备工艺、性能参数和试验结果。
If a su1table amount of Pb(Sn1/3Nb2/3)O3PSN powder is added into PbTiO3PT powder,PT-PSN system high temperature ceramics can be prepared,and thus ultrasonic detection transducer used in deep-oil well can be made by using this ceramics.The present paper mainly reports the preparation process,performance parameters and test results of PT-PSN system ceramics.
