Research on Low Density Metal Foam

金属泡沫是一种具有亚微米微结构的低密度金属材料，其密度可达固体密度的０．５％～１０％。文章论述了金属泡沫的制备原理及工艺，并对Ｃｕ、Ａｕ两种金属泡沫的密度、结构和成份进行了分析测试，揭示了金属泡沫独特的微结构和一些相关特征。

The metal foam refered in this article is a kind of low density metal material with submicro-tructure,of which the density can decrease to 0.5～10%that of solid metal material.The principle and technique of metal foam production are described in this article,and the research on the density ,structure and constitution is carried out,which reveals the special structure and some relative characteristics of metal foam.
