摘要
齿顶高系数是设计齿轮时的重要几何参数,也是影响复合齿轮泵流量特性的重要参数之一。分析了齿顶高系数对三惰轮复合齿轮泵的几何排量、重叠系数、流量脉动和泄漏等工作性能的影响,并提出了短齿式三惰轮复合齿轮泵的齿顶高系数,为进一步研制复合齿轮泵提供了理论依据。
The addendum coefficient is an important characteristic of compound gear pump. In the paper to parameter in the designing the gear, and to affect the discharge analyse the effect of the addendum coefficient to the displacement, the overlap coefficient, coefficient of flow pulsation and leakage rate, and then puts forward the best addendum coefficient of stub-tooth gear compound gear pump. This will afford theory to design compound gear pump.
