摘要
利用Cosmos/Works工程分析软件对复摆颚式破碎机中主要零件调整座进行了有限元计算分析,并对其结构进行了有限元优化设计。得到了合理的结构尺寸,其优化后使调整座零件减轻了重量,同时提高了其强度和刚度。
The main adjusting bearer part of single toggle jaw crusher was analyzed with soft of Cosmos/Works , and the structure was designed with FEA. The result of optimal structure is with lighter weight and higher intensity and rigidity than the before of the finite analysis of the adjustable part.
