锻件的精度与坯料体积的偏差、模具和锻件的弹性变形、模具和坯料(锻件)的热胀冷缩、模具设计和模具加工精度、设备精度等有关。正确分析这些因素的影响并采取有效的解决措施是保证锻件精度的重要环节。
The accuracy of a forging is a synthetic technological problem. It has something to do with these factors: the deviation of roughcasts volume; the elastic changing of pattern forgings shape; the expansion with heat and contraction with cold for pattern and roughcast; the process of designing pattern and the accuracy of process; the accuracy of the equipment. How to analyze the influence of these factors and adopt the appropriate measures, they are the most important links to assure the accuracy of forging.
