Machining on up-down abnormity part is a difficult problem in NC linear cutting processing. In this article, we discussed the principle of wire incision processing on this part, programming in NC machining as well as the matters needed attention in manufacturing procedure. According to this discussion, we can process up-down abnormity parts using NC linear cutting properly.
