摘要
乳化液泵站在煤矿综合机械化采煤工作中占有十分重要的地位。针对目前国内煤矿乳化液泵站监控中存在的问题进行了研究,利用MCGS组态软件和PLC可编程控制器研制开发了分布式乳化液泵站自动监控系统。
The emulsion pump station is a crucial equipment to fully mechanized coal mining. This paper has studied some problems about monitoring and a control system in the traditional emulsion pump station and introduced a new designed distributed monitoring and control system. This system utilizes MCGS software and PLC to realize automatic mixing of emulsion, and real time monitoring and control of emulsion pump station.
