井下使用的乳化液要求十分严格,而现在使用的乳化液含有杂质,原使用棒式过滤器,其过滤精度低,流量小,很容易堵塞,造成工作面回液阻力大,致使液压支架不能正常移动,支架使用寿命减少。应用高压过滤站,解决了井下用乳化液的净化问题。

The standard for the emulsification used in mines is strict. But now there are always foreign matters contained. The original rod filter has the weakness of low accuracy, low flow capacity and easy to be blocked, so the equipment cannot run normally. After using the high voltage filter station, the purification problem of emulsification is solved.
