By taking 8098 single-clip microcomputet as kernel parts, using kinds of compensatingmethod, we improved on measuring accuracy and designed a kind of intelligent flowcounter to measure flow rate in many pipe ducts with different medium and go the roundsIt has the characteristics of powerful function and accurate measuring accuracy.
