This paper investigates the structure and performance of the calcium sulfonate complex grease, The thickener of this grease consists of the crystalline calcite carbonate, calcium acetate, calcium sulfonats as well as the complex calcium soap, etc. The calcium sulfonate complex grease are really resistant to shear stability, possess outstanding extreme pressure and antiwear properties, good low temperature performance and high dropping points. The calcium sulfonate complex grease is suitable for antomobiles, tanks and helicopter along with other machinery equipement.
