摘要
为满足光学纤维面板生产厂、研究所和计量站的检测需要,我们分别研制了DX-1、DX-921和DXZ-901三种型号的光纤板刀口响应测试仪。本文针对测试精度最高的DXZ-901型仪器进行误差分析,首先给出光纤板刀口响应的曲线拟合,然后分析和计算该测试仪的扫描误差、光度测量误差和狭缝影响等误差因素及其误差贡献,并将测试仪的有关参数代入,最后得出该测试仪的刀口响应的总不确定度,以便对仪器的测值可信度有个理论上的估计。
We made three models of opticalfiber bundle knife-edge response tester which are DX-1,DX-921 and DXZ-901. These testers satisfy respectively the need of measurement of the factory, the research institute and the measure centre of china. However, there are no suitable and better examination instrument than these models, so that their uncertainty index is not certained. Therefore, in this paper,error analysis of model DXZ-901 tester that is highest precision is done. First, curve-fitting of knifeedge response of optical fiber bundle is introduced. Then error elements of the knife-edge response tester, such as scanning error, photometric measurement error and influence of the narrow slit, etc.and their contribution to total error of the tester are analysed and calculated. And the realistic data of the tester are considered. As a result, the sum uncertainty of knife-edge response of the tester is given and the theoretic reliability of the tester's measurement is evaluated.
