双乙酸钠对肉鸭生产性能的影响

摘要 选用1日龄健康樱桃谷肉鸭750只,随机分为3组,每组设5个重复,每个重复50只肉鸭,试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B组、C组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.2%、0.4%的双乙酸钠。试验结果表明:日粮中添加双乙酸钠对肉鸭日增重有显著影响(P<0.05);对肉鸭的饲料转化率有极显著影响(P<0.01);对肉鸭的成活率无显著影响(P>0.05)。B组日增重比A组提高了8.65%(P<0.05),比C组提高了5.45%(P>0.05);B组料肉比较A组降低了11.52%(P<0.01),较C组降低了3.29%(P<0.05);B组的成活率与A组、C组间差异不显著(P>0.05);B组每只肉鸭分别比A、C组多盈利1.04元、1.06元。 The trial was made to study on effects of sodium diacetate on productivity of meat ducks.750 healthy cherry-vally meat ducks of one day old were selected and randomly divided into three groups (two experiment groups and one control groups ) with five replicates,50 ducks for each replicate.Group B and C received a diet increase of 0.2% and 0.4% Sodium diacetate respectively. The control group were fed with the basic daily diet with no sodium diacetate The result indicated that diet contained Sodium Diacetate had significant influence on meat the ducks daily-gain and uscle rate (P〈0.05%) and feed conversion extremly efficiency (P〈0.01%),but had no influence on survival rate (p〉0.05%).Compared with the control group B and group C , daily gain of group B was increased by 8.65% (p 〈0.05) and 5.45% (p 〉0.05% ) respectively ,feed efficiency was decreased by 11.52% (p〈0.01) and 3.29% (p〈0.05%) respectively;There were no significant difference in survival rate among the three groups. Compared with the control group B and group C;profit of group B was increased by 1.04 yuan and 1.06 yuan per duck respectively.
