综述了目前元素硫的性质及其微量分析方法。微量元素硫的分析方法有化学法和电化学法、色谱法、XPS等仪器方法。化学分析法所需设备简单,仪器法检测限低,准确度和精密度较高。
The paper reviews the property of elemental sulfur and the progress in microanalysis of elemental sulfur. The microanalytical method of elemental sulfur include chemical method and instrumental method such as Electrochemical analysis,Chromatography,XPS et.The apparatus in Chemical method is simple,the determination limit of Instrumental method is low and the analytical precision high.
