研究高纯铝箔在盐酸直流电侵蚀时缓蚀剂对腐蚀箔比电容的影响,扩孔使用缓蚀剂后,孔密度增加,孔径减小,失重减小,中高压电容器铝箔的比电容约提高12%。
To enlarge the aluminum area and gain high capacitance,aluminum anodic foil for electrolytic capacitors are DC etched in chlorhydric acid solution with some corrosion inhibitor. Of the etched aluminum foil, capacitance increases by 12%, weight loss decreases and tunnel density increases when inhibitor added.
