通过对我国机动车污染防治现状的调查,从法律法规建设、燃油品质、排放标准和技术水平等方面分析了存在的主要问题及根源,并从制订规划、出台法规、制定严格的排放标准、制定相关税费政策、强化监管、提高燃油品质、科学化的交通措施和加强宣传等八个方面阐明了我国应采取的对策,目的是从根本上防治机动车排放污染、保护环境和促进机动车行业的可持续生产和消费。

By means of investigating of the status of controlling motor vehicle discharge pollution, the paper has discussed the needed countermeasures of China from 8 aspects, such as law construction, discharge standard and technological level, etc, The main purpose is to control the vehicle discharge pollution fundamentally, to protect environment and the continuous development of vehicle undertaking and its consumption.
