The outlook of the biotechnology breeding research on oil tea Camellia

摘要 阐述了我国油茶常规育种的现状与生物技术育种研究的重要性,概括了当前油茶组织培养、分子标记、分子图谱构建、基因分离与功能基因的表达检测研究进展,指出了油茶生物技术育种的前景与方向。 The present situation and outlook of oil tea Camellia breeding and the importance of the biotechnology breeding wrer presented in the paper including the current use of tissue culture, RAPD, molecule illustrated eatalogue construction, molsep, expressive cheek and functional gene measurement, The outlook and developing direction of the biotechnology breeding on oil tea Camellia were also pointed in the paper.
