The Classification of Social Basic Units and the Innovation of CCPC Leadership Style

由产权关系、权力结构、社会功能等因素决定,不同的基层社会组织,与政治国家的关系是不同的,据此我们将社会基层组织划分为政治性组织、半政治性组织和非政治性组织;党在社会基层组织中的领导方式,不能等同或类同于党在政权组织中的执政方式,党在社会基层不同社会组织中的领导方式,也将由不同社会组织的产权关系、权力结构、社会功能以及其与政治国家的关系不同而有所区别。

Determined by the relationship of ownership, the structure of power, and social function etc, different social basic units are different from the relationship of politics and state. So social basic units can be divided into political organization, semi-political organization, and non-political organization; the CCPC leadership in social basic units are not equal to or similar to the leadership in authorities. The leadership style is not the same in different basic units according to the relationship of ownership, the structure of power, and social function etc.
