摘要
用6个兔品种为材料,测定出5种血液蛋白质(酶)多态座位——红细胞酯酶 (Es—1,Es—2,Es—3)、前转铁白(Prt)及后白蛋白(Po)的基因频率,依此估算出各群体的平均杂合度及 Nei 氏遗传距离值。本研究依据平均杂合度选择亲本性别(H_D>Hs),又参考种群间遗传距离值预测所可能表现优势的组合,它们基本都包括在通过配合力测定所推选的4个最佳组合之内。因而把这两项参数作为选择杂交组合的依据来预测杂种优势是可行的。
The gene frequencies of 5 polymorphism loci of blood protienserythrocyte esterase (Es-1,Es-2,Es-3),pretransferrin (Prt) and postalbumin (Po) were tested using materials of 6 breeds in rabbit,and then the average heterozygosity and Nei's genetic distance of populations were estimated.In this work,the possible advanced combinations were calculated on basis of aver- age heterozygosity select parents sex(H_D>H_S),moreover,by reference to the genetic distanees between group species,which were primarily included in the 4 best combinations through tested combining ability.Therefore,it is feasible to consider the both parameters as basis to select cross combination for calculating heterosis.
