Experimental Treatment with Biyankang in Rabbit Infectious Rhinitis

鼻炎康(Ⅰ、Ⅱ号)是新型高效广谱抗菌复合制剂,药敏试验表明:对传染性鼻炎主要病原菌波氏杆菌、巴氏杆菌高度敏感,优于常用抗菌素。临床治疗家兔传染性鼻炎总有效率达96%,转阴率达54%～63.3%。Ⅰ号药用于滴鼻,Ⅱ号药肌注为宜,3天为一疗程。经3万余只鼻炎患兔治疗证明,效果普遍较好。

Biyankang(BYK)Ⅰ,Ⅱ are the new broad spectrum antibiotic compounds.The sensitive test showed that BordeteUa bronchiseptica,Pasteurella have higher sensitivity to the compounds than common antibiotics.Clinical treatment with BYK (Ⅰ,Ⅱ) in rabbits of infectious rhinitis had the mean efficiency of 96%(95/99).The healing rates have reached 54%(27/50) to 63.3%(31/49).BYK Ⅰ is fit for droping to nose and BYK Ⅱ is fit for intramuscular.One process of treatment needs three days.The successful application of 30,000 infectious rhinitis rabbits in treatment showed BYK are the effective antibiotis.
