摘要
从哈尔宾自然腹泻幼兔的粪样中，成功地分离出一株兔轮状病毒（ＬａＲＶ，Ｎ５），经（ＭＡ１０４）细胞适应继代２４代，２４代细胞培养养蚀病斑滴度为１０＾９ＰＦｕ／ｍｌ蚀斑试验培养瓶在３７℃培养５天，形成直径为１～５ｍｍ的圆形蚀斑。
One lapine rotavirus strain (designate LaRV.N_5),was successfully isolated from the feces of young rabbits with diarrhea and adapted in MA_(104) cells.The 24th passages virus yielded round plaque with dia of 1～5mm after incubated at 37℃ for 5 days.Its plaque dose was 10~9 PFu/mL.
