摘要
马钢120t转炉采用烟气分析动态控制模型实现自动化炼钢。该系统利用质谱这种精确快速的气体分析技术,通过先进的数学模型对转炉炼钢进行控制。该系统的成功应用对国内中小型顶底复吹转炉实行自动化炼钢改造具有普遍的意义。
The dynamic process control model by off-gas analysis is used for 120t converter of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. to realize automatically steel-making. Using the precise and fast gas analysis technology of mass spectrum, this system controls the converter steel-making process by the advanced mathematical model. The successful Application of this system has universal meaning to realize automatically steel-making in most of medium and small-sized combined top and bottom blown converters.
