病险水库除险加固项目的经济评价有其特殊性.在评价中考虑固定资产投资的剩余残值和滞洪效益可使评价的结果更为合理.
The economic evaluation of the strengthening projects of dangerous reservoirs has special characteristics. The surlus salvage value and the flood detention benefit of the fixed assets investment should be calculated in order to make the evaluation result reasonable.
