摘要
[目的]通过观察健身“八段锦”对不同血脂水平人群高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平的影响,探讨该健身方式防治高脂血症的作用机制。[方法]选择不同血脂水平中老年人群,将同水平血脂人群随机分为八段锦练习组和八段锦非练习组,3个月后,采用酶法检测HDL和LDL的水平。[结果]八段锦可以降低LDL水平和升高HDL,但在非练习组则发生了相反的变化。[结论]八段锦运动可以有效地防治高脂血症,预防冠心病发生。
[Objective] To discuss on baduanjin ettect mechanism oI preventing and curing me hyperlipoidemia by observing the influence of Baduanjin on the level of HDL and LDL in different blood fat people. [Methods] The middle and aged people in different blood fat level were divided randomly into the Baduanjin exercise group and Baduanjin non-exercise group. To determine the level of HDL and LDL by enzymic method in three months. [Results] The Baduanjin may degrade the level of HDL and LDL. But non-exercise group wasn't remarkabely difference in the level of HDL and LDL. [Conclusion] The baduanjin movement may prevented and cured the hyperlipoidemia and coronary heart disease.
