天然冰片、合成冰片对大鼠胃黏膜屏障影响的比较 被引量:29

摘要 [目的]观察天然冰片(主含右旋龙脑)和合成冰片对胃黏膜屏障的影响。[方法]取W istar大鼠,麻醉后开腹暴露胃,在前胃剪1小孔,放置铂金电极和激光多普勒探头,胃腔内直接分别给予合成冰片和天然冰片,以阿司匹林和生理盐水为对照,应用Powerlab生理记录仪,胃黏膜区域电位直接测定法记录给药前后胃黏膜跨膜电位(PD)变化,激光多普勒血流计记录给药前后胃黏膜血流量变化。[结果]0.2gk/g合成冰片大鼠胃内直接注入,可显著降低胃黏膜PD和黏膜血流(GMBF),与0.2gk/g阿司匹林胃内直接注入的影响类似,对PD的降低作用强于阿司匹林。而同等剂量天然冰片对胃黏膜PD和GM BF无显著降低作用。[结论]合成冰片直接作用于胃黏膜,可影响黏膜屏障功能,而天然冰片对胃黏膜屏障的影响程度较合成冰片弱。 [Objective] To observe the influence of natural borneol (containing d-borneol)and synthetic borneol on gastric mucosal barrier. [Methods] Wistar rats were anaesthetized. Abdomen was opened and a small hole was cut on the stomach. One electrode and Laser Doppler Flowmeter probe were put into the stomach. To administrate Natural Borneol and Synthetic Borneol into the stomach respectively and provide aspirin and physiologic saline as control. To record and analyze the change of electrical potential difference across gastric mucosa (PD)and gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF)by means of Powerlab electronic physiology graph and Laser Doppler Flowmeter in the before and after of administration. [Result] The rats of 0.2 g/kg Synthetic Borneol group may degrade PD and GMBF in the stomach significantly. The effect was similar to that of 0.2 g/kg Aspirin. While 0.2 g/kg Natural Borneol did not cut down PD and GMBF significantly. [Conclusion] Synthetic Borneol had the effect of weakening the gastric mucosa barrier function. While Natural Borneol had less effect of weakening the gastric mucosa barrier function than Synthetic Borneol.
