摘要
[目的]制定参芪合剂的质量标准。[方法]采用薄层色谱法,以黄芪甲苷、红参对照药标为对照品,采用氯仿-甲醇-水(65∶35∶10)与氯仿-醋酸乙酯-甲醇-水(15∶40∶22∶10)为展开剂,对处方中黄芪、红参进行薄层分析。[结果]黄芪、红参供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相同的位置上显相同的斑点,阴性对照液无干扰。[结论]该方法操作简单,重现性好,能较好地控制参芪合剂的质量,为鉴别含红参、黄芪药材的中药制剂提供了较好的方法。
[Objective] To institute the quality crteria on the ginseng and astragalus composition. [Methods] The astragalus onych-glycoside and red ginseng was control article. The developing agent were chloroform-methanol-water (65:35:10)and chloroform-second grease of ethanoic acid-mthanol-water (15:40:22:10). To carry out lamellar analysis on astragalus and red ginseng by thin layer chromatography(TLC) method. [Results] The colour spectrum of astragalus and red ginseng showed up identical colour speckle in corresponding position with colour spectrum of control article. The negative control solution was non-interference. [Condusion] l he method was simple and owned a good reproducibility. The method may control the quality of the ginseng and astragalus composition. To provide a better method for indentifying the astragalus and red ginseng content of Chinese drugs preparation.
