Determination on Dephnetin in Daphne Giraldii Nitsche Injection by RP-HPLC

采用RP-HPLC法测定祖师麻注射液中瑞香素的含量.该方法简便快速,准确可靠,重现性好.瑞香素在100.60-500.30μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系.平均回收率为99.67%,RSD 为0.91%(n=5).

A RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of the content of dephnetin in Daphne giraldii Nitsche Injection. According to the results,the linear range of dephnetin was 100. 60- 500. 30μg · mL^-1. And the average recovery was 99.67% with RSD 0. 91% （n=5）. The proposed method is simple,accurate and rapid with good reproducibility.
