摘要
在分析垃圾填埋场常规设计存在弊端的基础上,引入“项目全寿命管理”的概念,针对填埋场在建设、运营、封场等阶段提出一些要点,进而说明全寿命管理的重要意义。
Based on analyzing disadvantages in convention design of waste landfill site, “project all process management” concept was introduced, main points were put forward according to stages of construction, operation and closure site etc., and importance of all process management was further explainded.
