摘要
高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿所获得的含钒钛铁水与普通高炉铁水比较,其理化性质有很大的不同,最为显著的特点是含硫量高和出炉温度低。因此,钒钛铁水应该采用炉外脱硫工艺。鉴于钒钛铁水的特点,采用镁粒喷吹脱硫工艺,其基建投资少,脱硫工序费用低,因而最为适宜合理。
Hot metal containing vanadium and Titanium obtained in blast furnace smelting titanomagnetite, by comparing with ordinary hot metal, it has different physics and chemistry properties, high containing sulphus and low temperature drained out furnace are most remarkable characteristic. Therefore, external desulfurization technology is needed for the hot metal. In view of special properties of the hot metal, it is most reasonable and suitable to use jet desulfurization technology with magnesium pellet agent, on account of few construction investment and low cost in desulfurization section of the technology.
