摘要
介绍了氧气顶吹转炉铁水提钒工艺。结合近年来我国钢铁工业产品结构调整,低合金(微合金)钢产量大幅度增长,尤其是含钒和Nb、V、Ti复合微合金钢产量增长尤为迅速。文中结合一些典型的高附加值钢种作了重点介绍。指出今后应根据我国资源特点进一步发展含钒微合金化钢种,提高低合金钢质量水平。
The paper briefly describes that. The process of extracting V from hot metal by converter with top oxygen blowing is also introduced. According to the policy of product restructuring in the steel industry in China these years, the output of low-alloyed （micro-alloyed） steel increased rapidly, especially the micro-alloyed steel with V and multi-micro alloyed steel with Nb, V and Ti. The paper highlights some typical high value-added steel grades. It concludes that micro-alloyed steel grades of V should be developed further based on the characteristics of China＇s resource and the Quality of micro - alloyed steel should be improved greatly in the future.
