中国软珊瑚化学成分的研究(二十一)——戚氏豆荚软珊瑚(Lobophytum chevalieri Tixie Duriult)的化学成分

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Chinese Soft Coral——Lobophytum chevalieri Tixier Duriult (ⅩⅪ)

从软珊瑚戚氏豆荚(Lobophyium chevalieri)分离得15种结晶性物质。本文报道2个神经酰胺类化合物,其中Δ^(4’5)(E),Δ^(11’12)(Z)-鞘氨醇-正十六碳酸酰胺(Lobophyta-mide L_8)为一新化合物,另一个为Δ^(11’12)(E)-鞘氨醇-正二十四碳酸酰胺(Lobophytami-de L_5),经IR、MS、~1H和^(13)C NMR谱分析、元素分析以及其他方法确定了它们的结构。

15 crystalline compounds have been isolated from a new species of soft coral Lobophytum Chevalieri collected from the South China Sea. 4 of them were reported in the previous papers. In this paper, the authors continue to report two of them, they are novel C_(16)-ceramide (Lobophytamid L_8) and C_(24)-cera- mide(Lobophytamid L_5). Their structures were determined based on the data of IR, MS, ~1H NMR and ^(13)C NMR, elemental analysis and other chemical methods.
