新甾醇Echifloristerol的结构测定

Structure Determination of Echifloristerol

从中国南海采集的花刺柳珊瑚中分离到一种新的甾醇echifloristerol。通过波谱方法,确定其结构为22-ξ-甲基-Δ^(5(6)).23(24))-胆甾烷-3β-醇。

A new marinc C_(28)-sterol, Echifloristerol, was isolated from a Chinese gorgo- nia Echinogorgia Floria(Nutting) collected in Naozhou island. The crude acet one extract was separated on a silica gel column and eluted with petroleum ether containing increasing amounts of acetone. The crude echifloristerol obtained from petroleum ether-7% acetone eluted portion was recrystallized from ethyl acetate to give colorless plate crystal with m. p.136～137℃. On the basis of spectral analysis, the structure of echiforisterol was assigned as 22 ξ-methyl Δ^(3(6)23(24)) cholestane-3β-ol I.
