摘要
用96只1日龄广东三黄鸡,研究了饲料添加0.2%或0.3%的寡糖对肉鸡生产性能与免疫机能的影响.结果表明:饲料中添加0.2%的寡糖能显著提高11~30日龄肉鸡的增重、免疫器官指数及新城疫HI抗体滴度(P<0.05),血液白细胞吞噬率和血清IgG含量亦高于对照组,但组间差异不显著;添加0.2%或0.3%的寡糖能明显改善全期的饲料转化率(P<0.05).
96 1-day-old Guangdong San-huang broilers were used to study the effects of oligosaccharides on the growth performance and immune function of broliers. The results showed that the body weight gain, index of immune organs and the HI antibody titers of Newcastle disease (ND)were significantly increased in the experimental group supplemented 0.2% oligosaccharides in the diets( P 〈 0.05 ) during the age of 11 - 30, the bacterial phagocytic percentage of white blood cells and serum IgG concentration were also increased, but there were no significant differences between the experimental group and control group. The feed conversion ratio were significantly increased in the chickens supplemented 0.2% or 0. 3% oligosaccharides in the diets( P 〈 0.05 ).
