加强和改进新形势下高校共青团工作的思考

Consideration of how to Improve and Strengthen the Communist League Member Work in the New Situation

针对当代大学生的思想状况、主要特点及存在的问题,新形势下高校共青团工作应创新工作机制,改进工作方法,一是突出三个重点,加强和改善思想政治教育,为青年学生的成长成才搭建理论平台;二是创新三个机制,建构科学合理的工作格局,为青年学生的成长成才搭建实践平台;三是实现“三化”目标,优化成才环境,为青年学生成长成才搭建育人平台;四是加强团干自身建设,树立团干良好形象,为青年学生的成长成才搭建保障平台。

Facing the thought situations of the college and university students, its major features and the existing problems, the communist league member work in colleges and universities in the new situations should be done in new mechanism and new methods. Firstly, three stresses should be given prominence and efforts should be made to strengthen and improve the moral and political education so as to build a theoretical platform for the growing of the young students; secondly, three new mechanisms must be established and a scientific and reasonable working structure should be made so as to set up a practice platform for the growing of the young students; the third is to realize “the three perfection targets”, namely, to optimize the environment of cultivating talents, which means to set up a cultivation platform for the young students; the fourth is to strengthen the perfection of the league member leaders themselves so as to build a guarantee platform for the young students.
